Mikes Spiedes

My brother.in.law makes these great things called
SPIEDES pronounced speedies
I guess they originate in New York
It is marinated pork bites grilled on skewers
you eat them on bread with a vinegar dressing
they are awesome!
anyway he needed a sign
he will be at the car show cooking Spiedes
and will use the sign for future cookouts!
